In the seven years of existence, particularly on the platform of GlobalGiving; Kole Intellectual Forum has eared mark Staff Skilling as a very important tool for their organizational capacity building that must not be taken for granted.
Since then, Kole Intellectual Forum has so far trained 5 different Staff in different disciples but with relevancy to the organization.
At this particular time, three Staff are at schools, being skilled in the disciple of software engineering; another one is doing agriculture while is pursuing a course in community mobilization.
The organization is therefore very grateful with the donors on the platform of GlobalGiving because of their support to strengthen organization capacity for the better future
