Building trust to the community and donors
To build trust within a community, Kole Intellectual Forum is fostering a strong relationships with the community as well as creating a supportive environment for positive change; by prioritizing transparency, having open communications, active community involvement, and consistent follow-through in their own commitments. This includes sharing information about their work, involving community members in decision-making processes, and demonstrating a genuine commitment to addressing community needs.
The organization provides a clear and an accessible reports on how funds are allocated and the impact of those investments to the local community and the donors on the platform of GlobalGiving; highlights positive impacts and openly discuss challenges without hidding any facts; treats their donors as partners and maintain open communication; as well as treating community members with respect and work collaboratively to address their needs
Project reports on GlobalGiving are posted directly to globalgiving.org by Project Leaders as they are completed, generally every 3-4 months. To protect the integrity of these documents, GlobalGiving does not alter them; therefore you may find some language or formatting issues.
