Increasing organization’s impact, effectiveness, and learning
To maximize impact, effectiveness, and learning on GlobalGiving's platform, Kole Intellectual Forum has engaged their staff to focus on strategic engagement, effective communication, and continuous improvement; meaning that, they are at present involve in active participation in the GlobalGiving's programs, optimizing fundraising strategies, and fostering strong donor relationships.
Strategically, year in year out, they are engaged in the GlobalGiving's campaigns, such as little by little, July Bonus Day, Giving Tuesday, to leverage matching funds and bonus prizes; using the platform (GlobalGiving's) for fundraising, reporting, etc. and raising effectiveness points by demonstrating a commitment to learning and improvement; attending webinars and workshops to gain insights and best practices for nonprofit management; while also utilizing GlobalGiving's internal learning cycles (Listen, Act, Learn) to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
By implementing these strategies, Kole intellectual Forum has significantly enhanced their impact, effectiveness, and learning on the GlobalGiving platform, ultimately strengthening their ability to achieve their mission and create positive change in their area of operations and gradually there is hope that, they will be able to reach the entire world's development.
Project reports on GlobalGiving are posted directly to globalgiving.org by Project Leaders as they are completed, generally every 3-4 months. To protect the integrity of these documents, GlobalGiving does not alter them; therefore you may find some language or formatting issues.
