It was on the 24th day of July 2024 that: Bank of Uganda in partnership with Kole District Local Government organized community engagement meeting to educate various organizations; from cooperatives to farmer's groups, faith organizations to Community Based Organizations and so on, that Kole Intellectual Forum happened to be one of them within Kole District, Northern Uganda to impart knowledge of Financial Literacy into their ideal concepts.
Amongst them, were various members of the Uganda Commercial Banks that had an opportunity to clarify about their various services that can as well help these organizations to progress and develop. They were taken through one by one. Questions were asked and facts about some hidden truth about these services were exposed.
For the first time in the history of Kole District Local Government that, the community made up their mind to start working in partnership with the Banks within their area.
