The heart of giving back to the community: KIFA
Other than conducting action research, empowering a girl child for self-reliance; Kole Intellectual Forum (KIFA) is such an organization that has a yearly quarterly program of giving back to the community it serves for a number of reasons, these reasons include: strengthening their relationship with the community, enhancing their reputation, boosting their employee morale, and contributing to a more positive and sustainable environment of where they work from. This kind of reciprocal relationship is benefitting both the organization and the community it serves, fostering a sense of shared prosperity and well-being as they move on the same location and environment.
This kind of approach has enhanced its reputation and public image, making the organization more appealing to customers, clients, and potential employees; demonstrating its commitment to social responsibility.
In its essence, according to Kole Intellectual Forum, giving back is not just about charitable act but a strategic investment in the long-term success and sustainability of both the organization and the community it serves.
