Approach to reduce level of poverty: Kole District
Kole Intellectual Forum in collaboration with other development partners have come together in full gears to join hands with their communities in Kole District Northern Uganda to effectively find ways and means of reducing level of poverty in their area of operation; the approach, firstly, aim at building strong partnerships, engaging with the community, identifying a diversifying funding sources, and raising awareness about ways and means of reducing level of poverty-related issues. This includes collaborating with other organizations, governments, and community groups, incorporating community input into program design, and developing diverse and sustainable funding models.
This approach was arranged by one of the farmer’s group in this area and other partners including Kole Intellectual Forum were brought on board. The approach to fight this evil act that has made of lives of humanity very difficult was launched in Kole District in the July, 2025; with hope of seeing it dropping by 10% yearly.
