A yearly survey is a vital tool use of recruitment KIFA’s project beneficiaries
Having known that: surveys are a powerful tool for gathering valuable insights, informing decisions, and driving positive change across various fields; Kole Intellectual Forum s using this tool help them to provide a structured and efficient way to understand their beneficiaries, their needs, preferences, and behaviors, making them an essential component of their research to recruit rightful students to join their Institute of Home Economics that are done yearly.
Before recruiting new entrants for each incoming year, the team of organization conduct a surveys to help them measure the public opinion about various issues of their project, evaluating their reactions on their programs, and try to understand their attitudes towards different topics that the present to the public
