A big dream put into manageable actions can be transformed into reality: Kole Intellectual Forum (KIFA)
There is a common saying that states that: everything exists, visible and invisible has a beginning; it must always start with a plan or a dream, and this dream or plan big or small is always transformed into a reality, by clearly defining its vision and then break it down into small, manageable, actionable steps and by cultivating self-belief, maintain a growth mindset and learning from failures, and building a supportive community to keep it moving. It must also focus on consistent, daily actions, celebrating small wins to build momentum, and staying patient, persistent, while focusing on the overall journey. This is exactly the big dream that Kole Intellectual Forum is celebrating today. Taking in mind that: the dream that you put in place is the place that you get after sometime; if you dream small the result is also small reality, but if you dream big the reality will also be big.
For instance, for the case of Kole Intellectual Forum, its dream was that or its vision was that: the members of the organization wanted their organization from 2016 on registration to be among the leading development partners in the world. And this has come to pass when the organization went through the accelerator of GlobalGiving and it became among the top ranked organization, effective, vetted and vetted organization on the said platform (GlobalGiving).
And today, the organization has done a lot to the beneficiaries, to its growth and also to serve the purpose that the donations are recieved for; with particularly, the donations they are recieving from the platform of GlobalGiving.
Project reports on GlobalGiving are posted directly to globalgiving.org by Project Leaders as they are completed, generally every 3-4 months. To protect the integrity of these documents, GlobalGiving does not alter them; therefore you may find some language or formatting issues.
