Building Confidence and Motivation
In this last moment when Kole Intellectual Forum is reaching its last hour of its academic calendar for the year 2025; the organizational Institute of Home Economics has again sent their students for the last time two weeks of Internships; assuming that: the program will allow students to take control of their learning experience; exposuring them to authentic work situations that will then definitely enhance their confidence levels, consolidate their skills, and motivate them to develop.
In this last program as mentioned above, students are expected to see the outcomes of their work, and the purpose to develop them; the also expected to draw out a positive feedback that can help the Institute to develop in their education system, particularly when students come from their internships with a wide range of backgrounds, some of which are non-traditional in characters.
Experience of sending students for internship according to the past years of training students with knowledge of Home Economics course units in reference to the data recorded by the Institute have displayed a positive outcome of students being employed or at the same time starting their own businesses.
Hence, the Institute is very optimistic that: after every other time, the should always with their support from Donors on the platform of GlobalGiving, be sending their students for internship to build their confidence and motivation in the job market.
