Preparing for 5th graduation day is underway, scheduled o take place on the December 10, 2025
In an attempt to have a smooth, memorable, and less stressful day on graduation celebration of the Institute of Kole Intellectual Forum, by handling logistics like the gown, guest arrangements, and all the ceremony schedule; the team of Kole Intellectual Forum, as usual have started its preparation to put all that is required in place.
Probably by ordering and renting graduation’s caps and gowns, as well as confirm guest arrangements, such as tickets or reservations, well in advance,
Creating a schedule that accounts for the ceremony, that is the start time, travel, and potential queues for getting gowned or for photos,
Making rehearsals to understand the process, know where to go, and what to expect, which is helping them to be reducing nerves and avoiding delays, and be
Choosing smart attire: by planning to wearing something comfortable under their gown, since they will be walking and standing for a longer periods of time, while also considering comfortable shoes or a backup pair.
