Academic year 2025: Preparation, Graduation, Underway.

To Kole Intellectual Forum, this means the process of getting ready for the graduation ceremony has begun and both the parents and the Institute of Home Economics, including the students are taking up a very active commitments towards it. The day is scheduled to take place on the December 10, 2025.

The various tasks that these stakeholders are taking part in, include ordering graduation attire, confirming check-in details, arranging photography, and planning the logistics of the day for both the graduate and their guests.

For students

Attire: Ordering or purchasing academic regalia (cap, gown, and hood) and planning an outfit to wear underneath are already done.
Logistics: the date, time, and location of the ceremony, are fixed
Photography: Booking or arranging for graduation photos, with the official institution photographer are made
Rehearsal: Kole Intellectual Forum is making an ongoing rehearsal to make their students understand the process, including how to walk across the stage and receive their certificate.

For the institution

Ceremony planning: they have already set the date and secured the venue, which
Logistics: they have ensured safety and accessibility, including clear emergency exits and accommodations for guests with disabilities.
Communication: Providing detailed information to students and their families about parking, arrival times, dress code, and other important details.
Staffing: Ensuring that faculty and staff are prepared for their roles on the day of the ceremony.
