Empowering a Girl Child: Public Speech
Empowering a Child at Kole Intellectual Forum, is not mainly limited on skilling them with knowledge in Home Economics such as Garment cutting, hygiene and Sanitation, Child Development, Home Management, and food and Nutrition; but it is also extended to learning how to make public speeches.
And it, the students are individually taught how to first, prepare their speech, by researching on their topic and understanding their audience; second, by structure their speeches with a clear introduction, body, and conclusion; third, writing and refining their script; fourth, practicing their delivery, including vocal control and body language; and finally, getting ready to present by arranging visuals, rehearsing on-site, and preparing to handle questions.
All these are done through a multi-procedure as numerated below, that is to:
