Seeking Personal Growth: Exchange Visits
Although school exchange visits at the international level is meant to broaden students' horizons, develop independence, and foster global understanding by experiencing different cultures, improving language skills through real-world practice, and forming international friendships, while also allowing educators to share best practices, providing unique, firsthand learning beyond textbooks, transforming students into global citizens with deeper self-awareness and appreciation for diversity. The approach is classic and very appreciative in human life.
Whereas at the local level the Kole Intellectual Forum is trying to implement; the interschool exchange visits the students and those other ones visited of they themselves visit the institution; they tend to get experience in new traditions, foods, and daily life, breaking down ethnocentric views; develop their adaptability, empathy, independence, and problem-solving skills; as well as understanding different worldviews and how societies function
