Field Tour by Students of KIFA
With aim of strengthen students’ bonds and reinforce classroom studies: Kole Intellectual Forum (KIFA) – Institute of Home Economics, yearly organizes educational trips purposely designed to enhance learning outside the classroom, promoting teamwork, critical thinking, and engaging them into new learning environments. These trips are mainly ranged for local areas of interest although there is also interest to expose them beyond that.
The main goal of this approach is to provide them with experiential learning, helping them to connect theoretical classroom concepts to real-world applications; as well as promoting social development, independence, and a change of scenery
This time around according to this report, the students in the place where they took the photo was Kole District local Government; where they were taken to visit and see what services are provided for by the Local Governments in Uganda.
