Directors’ purposes of sites visit
The set purpose of Kole Intellectual Forum to make their other directors (such as Project Directors or senior management) to ensure they visit their own going project sites is to enable them to provide high-level oversight, support the onsite team, and bridge communication between corporate leadership and field operations
The ultimate goal for them to visit these sites move beyond progress reports, so that: they can be able to gain a firsthand information and make a clear understanding of project realities, risks, and successes.
It was on the 17/03/2026 that: one of the director photo above with the students, paid a courtesy call on the project site to see the actual progress, quality, and potential difficulties, which cannot always be fully conveyed through reports, photos, or drones.
Project reports on GlobalGiving are posted directly to globalgiving.org by Project Leaders as they are completed, generally every 3-4 months. To protect the integrity of these documents, GlobalGiving does not alter them; therefore you may find some language or formatting issues.
