Thousands of Palestinian children are struggling with extremely cold weather conditions. As YECED, we reach Palestinian children in need with the Winter Project and provide winter clothing support to improve their current conditions. Within the scope of the project, we aim to ensure the welfare of more children. But we need more donation support to change children's lives! Donors can support a child in winter with 52$.
Crises such as war affect children the most, exposing them not only to immediate effects but also to long-term consequences. As a result of such crises, children are denied access to their basic rights. Especially with the arrival of winter, the need to protect children's health increases even more. Cold weather and inadequate shelter conditions make children more susceptible to various diseases. This negatively affects children's physical health and threatens their long-term development.
As part of the winter project, we will provide clothing and support to Palestinian children in need throughout the winter season. Clothing support includes wool scarf, beanie and glove set, lined raincoat, and shoes. In this way, we take action to protect children's health and raise their awareness of the support around them. Our efforts aim to build optimism and confidence, emphasizing that they do not face their challenges alone.
