Standing by a Child in a Difficult Week

By MARINA KHETSURIANI | Project leader

Medical treatment for Dato
Medical treatment for Dato

This week, much of our attention was focused on a young boy named Dato, who comes from a socially vulnerable family with four children. Over the past days, his health condition worsened, and the family needed urgent support to ensure he received proper care.

During this week, our team made a strong effort to stand by Dato and his family. Essential medicines were purchased promptly so that his condition could be stabilized and his recovery supported. In situations like this, especially during winter, timely care makes a real difference for a child’s well-being.

Dato’s story reflects the reality many vulnerable families face during the cold season. Illness, limited resources, and difficult living conditions often come together, making everyday challenges even harder for children.

Our work continues with care and responsibility, supporting families like Dato’s and doing our best to ensure that children are not left alone during such difficult moments.

Thank you for your continued support and compassion — every act of kindness helps bring comfort and relief to a child in need.
