During recent field visits, our team has continued providing winter emergency assistance to families with children living in extremely difficult conditions. In several cases, children are still facing inadequate heating and are forced to rely on basic coping measures to stay warm indoors.
While some immediate needs have already been addressed thanks to existing support, winter-related risks remain present for many vulnerable households. Technical issues, limited resources, and prolonged cold temperatures continue to affect families with children, making sustained assistance essential throughout the season.
Our work remains focused on identifying the most urgent cases and responding responsibly to protect children’s health and well-being. Each intervention aims to reduce immediate winter risks and provide practical support where it is needed most.
We will continue to share updates from the field as assistance progresses and as further needs are identified.
