American Aid is dedicated to providing critical winter relief to vulnerable Lebanese families through our Winter Relief for Vulnerable Displaced Lebanese Project. We're pleased to share our initial progress report.
Campaign Status: • Total Campaign Goal: $50,000 • Funds Raised: $20 • Percentage Complete: 0.04% of target • Current Donors: 1 • Monthly Donors: 0 • Campaign Duration: 3 months
Current Reality: In Lebanon, the situation remains critical: • Over 50% of Lebanese families living below poverty line • Thousands lack proper shelter and heating • Children and elderly at high risk during winter months • Many families unable to afford basic winter necessities • Increasing numbers facing food insecurity
Preparation Phase: While in these early stages (0.04% of our target), we've established: • Local partnership networks • Beneficiary identification processes • Distribution frameworks • Community outreach systems
Looking Forward: With continued donor support and generosity, we aim to: • Distribute warm blankets and winter clothing • Provide essential food supplies • Support families through harsh winter months • Strengthen community resilience • Prevent cold-related health issues
