Good news from Afghanistan: Winter emergency relief distribution
Thanks to your support, together with our local partners we have reached a total of 142 families with essential food and warm blankets during the icy months.
The emergency aid packages distributed include 50kg of flour, 24kg of rice, 10kg of beans, 5kg of pasta, 2kg of tomato paste, 1kg of tea, 7kg of sugar, 10l of oil and a warm blanket. Each package supplies a family of five for 2 to 3 months, so that 142 families, or around 710 people, can now get through the next few weeks more safely.
A thousand thanks to every single donation that has made this vital distribution possible!
All the best,
Vanessa
