Over the course of the past year, HDIF and its producer partners have moved forward with mighty strides. The numbers really speak for themselves. HDIF has experienced a growth of over 40%. Further, 40% of HDIF's individual producer partners have each experienced a growth in sales of over of over 50%. Our top 4 producer partners of 2016, in terms of sales, are Berd Bears, Goris Crochet, Kapan Crochet and Yereqnuk Handicrafts.
Another huge accomplishment for us has been that all HDIF producer partners have registered as legal entities and function within the legal frameworks of the government. All new HDIF producer partners must function within the same framework in order to enter cooperation with our organization.
We look to the coming year with great optimism and courage to continue the steady growth we have been experiencing. It has been an uphill battle to get where we are today but with a growth in staff, a clear outline of roles within the office, a clear sense of dedication and, finally, help from our donors, we will continue to facilitate our goal of creating jobs for vulnerable groups in the regions of Armenia!
