In the Women's Opportunity Home, since September, we have expanded the technical team. Now we have a psychologist, a social educator and a social worker. We are going to implement coaching sessions for job search and job interview preparation, which will allow access to the labor market for the women we work with on a daily basis. In addition, all of them will have a personalized action plan for professional guidance and accompaniment in the labor market.
On a weekly basis, we also continue to respond to all the people with any kind of needs, and more specifically housing needs, who come to our Social Center located in the Church of San Antón in Madrid.
