When Micha joined our University Leadership Program, she was a shy, quiet girl. By the end of her first year in the program, she was already emerging as a strong empowered leader. The Women's Empowerment Initiative and mentors showed Micha that women, not just politicians, can be leaders too. This has meant the world to her!
