Challenge

Limited access to vocational training, start-up capital, and income opportunities leaves many women unemployed or underemployed. Without skills and financial support, women struggle to meet household needs and remain financially dependent, increasing vulnerability and poverty.

Solution

We provide skills training and targeted income support to women, enabling them to gain practical skills, generate income, and improve household stability.

Long-Term Impact

This program helps women achieve financial independence, increase household income, strengthen family well-being, and contribute to stronger, more resilient communities.
