Mental Health Training for Civil Servants

By Ugbede-Ojo Dominic Kadiri | Project Leader

Dear Friends and Supporters,

Thank you for visiting our project page. We are eager to begin the Workspace Mental Health Training for Civil Servants, but we have not yet received donations to start activities.

This project was designed to respond to the growing need for safe and healthy work environments in government offices. Stress, anxiety, and untreated mental health challenges affect productivity, staff morale, and the ability of civil servants to serve the public effectively. Our training sessions will introduce practical tools for stress management, peer support, and early identification of mental health concerns.

While we wait for the first contributions, we are refining training materials, identifying experienced facilitators, and building partnerships with agencies that can help us reach participants quickly once funding becomes available. Every donation, no matter the size, will directly help us begin the first round of training workshops.

We look forward to updating you once we can hold our first sessions and share the positive steps civil servants are taking toward better mental health in their workplaces.

With gratitude,
Ugbede-Ojo Dominic K.
