Challenge

Civil servants face stress, workplace harassment, sex for promotion, and other forms of abuse. These problems are often ignored or hidden due to fear and stigma. Poor mental health affects attendance, performance, and relationships at work. Most public offices lack basic mental health knowledge or reporting systems. Without training, the problem continues to harm individuals and workplaces.

Solution

The project will train civil servants to recognize signs of mental strain, abuse, and burnout. It will offer safe spaces for learning and discussion. Printed guides will help workers remember what they learn and share with others. Trainers will teach how to seek help and report abuse safely. This will help reduce fear and silence in the workplace.

Long-Term Impact

Civil servants may begin to report abuse and seek help early. Offices may become safer and more open to discussing mental health. The training may lead to better workplace relationships and fewer conflicts. Staff may feel more in control of their wellbeing. A better work culture may spread to other government offices.
