We hope you enjoy the attached report on some of Teach For Bulgaria's highlights over the second quarter of 2016. The period marked a few important milestones for us, all made possible by the generous support of people like you! Specifically, in the northeastern region of Bulgaria, our 7 teachers completed their first year of teaching with improvements in class attendance and participation, and overall test scores of students. The teachers also used extracurricular activities to engage their students, culminating in a second Eco day, and several school performances in celebration of the national literacy and culture day, May 24th. In our next report, we'll share with you the upcoming placement of TFB teachers in northeastern Bulgaria and update you on the first year teachers' summer projects.
