By implementing this project, we want to restore hope and smile to the most vulnerable children among them orphans both boys and girls who have been directly affected by the conflicts in Democratic Republic of Congo. At least 200 orphans and other most vulnerable children will receive school kits composed of school bags, books, uniforms, shoes, etc and school fees for one year.
Many children have been facing challenges due to the ongoing conflicts in Democratic Republic of Congo. Most of these children have lost one or their two parents, others are separated with their parents during the wars. Another category of children are those living in families with with lower social and economic situation. All this situation has increased the vulnerability among the children in DRC. Your generosity will help these children restore smile and give them hope of living.
"Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world" Said Nelson Mandela. The school fees and the school kits that will be provided to these children will help them perform well their education and enable them to have stability at school by not being chased from schools because of dirtiness and lack of school fees.
Many children are easily used as child soldiers, street children or thieves because of not being at schools. The education they will receive in good conditions is a real medication for their trauma. As Nelson Mandela said, the educated children are the most powerful weapon to help change the current world and become change-makers for a sustainable peace in the world.
