From September 28th we have continued our partnership with Focus on Children Now and have been handing out shoes to our community and beneficiaries. Many people have come from our town and nearby villages to get the comfortable and warm crocs kindly donated by Focus on Children Now before the winter season comes in.
In other news, we have been working with organizations in our capital city, Yerevan, to put on a seminar for our community about domestic violence to coincide with "National Day to Combat Domestic Violence." We held the event on Saturday the 10th and had a great turnout. The conversation mainly led by the organization Society Without Violence was a productive and educational experience and we received good feedback about the event. We have many other plans to collaborate with organizations in Yerevan to put on educational seminars in the coming future.
