Youth Talents for the Digital Future

As part of the creation and promotion of a volunteer center in the Elk subregion, we will organize a Volunteering Film Festival, which will once again be an open event and will promote volunteering among young people. 

This time, we will invite – in addition to volunteers from schools – organizations and cultural institutions collaborating with volunteers from the Elk subregion. We have been considering opening the Festival to other groups of volunteers, not just the youth working with us as part of the poMOCNi (Helpful) program. We will develop rules for submitting videos by youth groups, along with declarations, and will widely promote the Festival as an event promoting volunteering, promoting videos about volunteering and youth activity. 

Volunteers from local volunteer centers (not just school youth) will be able to show their videos on a large screen. This will also serve as inspiration for community centers and local NGOs on how to engage with young people and develop volunteering based on their ideas. We have been organizing the festival for several years now, and we see that young people, above all, draw motivation and inspiration from it. With this event, we're able to reach young people because we speak their language through visuals. We'll also invite volunteer coordinators and organizers to the festival so they can see how young people from the Elk subregion operate. Furthermore, during each festival, coordinators/organizers share experiences, provide mutual support, and build relationships. We plan to hold the festival in June, before the end of the school year.

Promocja i organizacja wolontariatu

W ramach tworzenia i promocji centrum wolontariatu w subregionie elckim, zorganizujemy Festiwal Filmików o Wolontariacie, który po raz kolejny bedzie miec charakter otwartego wydarzenia i bedzie promowac wolontariat wsród mlodziezy.

Tym razem zaprosimy na wydarzenie - poza wolontariuszami ze szkól - organizacje i instytucje kultury wspólpracujace z wolontariuszami z subregionu elckiego. Od dluzszego czasu myslimy, aby formue Festiwalu otworzyc takze na inne grupy wolontariuszy, nie tylko mlodziez dzialajaca z nami w ramach programu poMOCNYCH.

Opracujemy zasady zglaszania filmików przez grupy mlodziezowe wraz z oswiadczeniami i bedziemy promowac szeroko Festiwal, jako wydarzenie promujace wolontariat, promujace filmiki o wolontariacie i aktywnosc mlodziezy.

Na duzym ekranie wolontariusze z lokalnych osrodków wolontariatu (nie tylko mlodziez szkolna) beda mogli pokazac swoje filmiki. Bedzie to takze inspiracja dla np. domów kultury czy lokalnych NGO jak dzialac z mlodzieza i jak rozwijac wolontariat w oparciu o ich pomysly. Festiwal organizujemy juz od kilku lat i zauwazamy, ze przede wszystkim mlodzi ludzie czerpia z niego motywacje oraz inspiracje do dzialania.

Takim wydarzeniem jestesmy w stanie dotrzec do mlodziezy, poniewaz mówimy wówczas w ich jezyku poprzez obraz. Na festiwal zaprosimy równiez koordynatorów i organizatorów wolontariatu, aby mogli zobaczyc jak dziala mlodziez z subregionu elckiego. Ponadto, podczas kazdego festiwalu dochodzi miedzy koordynatorami/organizatorami do wymiany doswiadczen, wzajemnego wsparcia i nawiazuja sie relacje. Festiwal planujemy zorganizowac w czerwcu, przed zakonczeniem roku szkolnego.
