Mission

HDF's mission is to empower women, youth, and children by building their capacities through targeted programs that improve their lives and support labor market integration. Committed to humanitarian principles, we promote social and civil justice with awareness sessions and documentation efforts. In crises, we provide voluntary humanitarian aid to alleviate poverty and assist communities impacted by natural and social disasters. Our mission includes enhancing community health, protecting vulnerable populations, preventing gender-based violence, and creating opportunities to contribute to community stability.
