Our mission is to "unleash the power of women and girls through education, leadership and fellowship". This we do by providing young women leaders with resources and support to catalyze their leadership journeys as innovators and changemakers via two-year Fellowships. The program has two convergent long-term goals: 1) to enhance the leadership skills and impact of catalytic women leaders and 2) to increase access to, and participation in, education for girls.
