Dear Friends and supporters,
This has been a strong quarter for WC4E, and your loyalty has been key to our success!!
Because we exceeded our GlobalGiving fundraising goal, we have increased it to $25,000 and we hope you’ll help us reach this important milestone.
We recently issued “Driving Change: The Impact of Women Changemakers for Education” which found, among other things:
From the grass roots side of things, we spotlight Rejoice Adzivor from Cohort 3. On 30th January 2026, the Rejoice’s Learn To Read Foundation (https://learntoreadfoundation.com) delivered the Library Access Project to a school in Kasoa, in the Central Region of Ghana, donating 500 storybooks to strengthen literacy and expand access to engaging reading materials.
The visit went beyond books donations, with guided reading sessions, interactive activities, and student performances that filled the classrooms with energy and confidence.
According to Rejoice “The real impact will unfold as these books become part of everyday learning helping students build stronger reading skills over time.”
Finally, when Fellows were asked to sum up 2025, these are their words:
Blessed, fulfilling, gratitude progressive, graceful, exciting, growth and productive!!!
Once again, we hope you will take pride in all that our Fellows are doing to support women’s leadership and girls’ empowerment, and that you will continue your support!
Warm regards,
Constance and the WC4E team
