Since the last report was sent, we received 9,71 dollars (USD), corresponding to 574.78 meticais (MZN), from GlobalGiving for the tree planting project. This amount will be used to plant 2 fruit tree seedlings. Due to the constant variation in inflation, the purchase price of seedlings has varied, and now a fruit tree seedling costs between 210 MZN and 325 MZN, corresponding to between 3.29 USD and 5.09 USD.
It should be noted that this amount has not yet been disbursed. In the face of climate change, ESMABAMA is committed to caring for the environment by continually planting trees that in the future will contribute not only to the ecosystem, but also to the diet of the people in the missions where we work. But for this, we always count on the support of our donors.
