The Young Tech Entrepreneurs Program will provide access to disadvantaged and underprivileged black boys so they can compete in the next digital technology revolution. By providing this type of technical programming and mentorship we can not only bridge the gap in the digital divide but make a significant impact on the income to wealth gap of black and white families. Whereas the tech sector provides the highest paying employment opportunities.
The goal of this campaign is to change this narrative for the next generation. Through this inaugural campaign, your contribution will have a direct impact on 1,000 black boys in technology in the Washington, DC Metro area. The Young Tech Entrepreneurs Program, where we will not only teach the latest technologies but teach our boys how to conceptualize and start their own tech companies. The boys in our programs will learn: Coding basics, Wireframing, App Prototyping, Landing Page Design
