In this regard, one of the main difficulties that are occurring in rural areas is that education is becoming a privilege since students cannot regularly access remote classes provided by the State for various reasons: being far from the cities, having limited economic and technological resources, limited internet service, among others; therefore, the work of providing educational services through non-presential means is increasingly difficult, a reality that can cause a serious gap in the access
The problem identified is that approx. 200 students at the primary level, mainly in the first three grades (where the solid foundations are established in the students), do not have the basic tools of an education under the virtual modality, for different reasons: being far from the cities so many homes do not have wifi and in some cases there is only one mobile device under the prepaid modality (it is recharged only when required) for all family members, which forces a constant balance
The goal is to improve the conditions of accessibility (technological, connectivity and infrastructure) to the virtual classes of primary level students (1st to 3rd grade), for which the following actions are proposed: a) Implement a recharge kit for the devices so that students can connect without any difficulty to the internet service and can participate in their classes without setbacks, Implement a kit of school supplies
The impact is that the number of school desertions will be reduced and the educational gaps between urban and rural education will be reduced, because many times rural education has been the least favored, especially during the pandemic period, because the digital strategy has not worked sufficiently to generate teaching and learning processes in rural students. We will also be contributing to Goal 4 of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, which seeks to ensure inclusive, equitable educa
