Sparrow Day Celebration!!

By Team | RSKS India

Dear Patron !

Everyday in this world so many new concrete walls are created along with this the highways are being constructed through the forest and the trees are cut down daily. This is leading to decrease in the number of flora and fauna species. One of this effect can easily be seen on the subsequential decrease in the population of sparrow birds. These concrete walls have destroyed the house of these sparrow birds. The continuous decrease in the number of sparrow birds will lead to the extinction of these species. So preservation of these innocent birds must be done and awareness should be done with people to save sparrow birds.

Keeping all this in mind, RSKS India is working on the protection and preservation of sparrow birds and in this context, on the occasion of Sparrow Day, RSKS India organized many awareness and around 50 sparrow birds house and feed installation drive. In this program the people were told about the importance of the sparrow birds and were also to preserve and protect the innocent bird. RSKS India team members installed sparrow bird houses at the playgrounds, mountain trees, public departments etc other locations so that people can see the bird houses and adopt bird houses as well as to increase the population of the innocent sparrow bird.

With the help of this program, sparrow birds chirruping can be heard at the places where sparrow bird houses were installed. The population of the sparrow birds can be seen increasing as sparrow birds came in the sparrow houses and gave birth to their children. Through the awareness, many people started adopting sparrow bird houses and installed them in their courtyard. The support of the community will help in the protection and preservation of the sparrow birds. Now these innocent birds have their houses to live and food to eat from the feeder. All the community people appreciated this noble work.
