The Victory !! Dussehra Mahotsav !!

Dear Patrons !

Dussehra is celebrated like a festival. This festival is celebrated in triumph over untruth. Evil prevalent in society is burnt as effigy of Ravana. Ravana is considered a symbol of evil and untruth, which is burnt away on the day of Dussehra which presents that truth always wins again untruth.

  • Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan organizes all the festivals that comes from time to time with the community. In this context, the Dussehra Festival was also organized by the organization.
  • The organization celebrated the Dussehra festival with poor and deprived children from the urban slum area.
  • On this occasion, the Ramayana was staged dramatically by the children of the slum region and the characters of the Ramayana were played.
  • After the dramatic staging, all the children together lit an effigy of Ravana.
  • The importance of Dussehra festival was explained to all children by the organization and also told them to follow the path of moral and truth.
  • At the end of the program, sweets, chocolates, rolls, biscuits etc. were distributed to all the children. The children enjoyed all the delicious things.
  • The children living in slums inadvertently indulge in unethical acts like theft, intoxication, so through this program the organization gave a message to the children to walk on the true and moral path.
  • All the children and local people expressed their wishes and thanks to the RSKS Organization and donors.

An Small Impacts:-

  • Through this program, the children took an oath that they would never do wrong and would abstain from acts like abusive and theft.
  • Through the program, the children were also explained the importance of the festival and got a lesson on walking the path of truth in life.
  • Changes in the mindset of children. Now they have started honoring the elders.
  • The children celebrated this festival with great pomp, which brought them positive energy.
