Plant A Tree ~ PLANT A LIFE !!

We Have Been Getting your Valuable Generous support through GlobalGiving and we are Thankful to you from the Core of our Heart.

We all get mesmerized by seeing green atmosphere all around us. It is the trees that get us fresh air to breath in early morning, passer-by takes rest under the shade of trees, birds and other living beings make trees their habitat. Despite of getting all of this from trees, we always forget the importance of trees that makes our environment confined.

Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan organizes plantation programs, awareness programs, workshop, etc. at times for the conservation of the environment. The environment is our natural heritage and it is our fundamental duty to conserve it, but usually we forget our duty regarding which RSKS puts efforts through its public awareness programs. RSKS has financial support from GlobalGiving Foundation and the donors to make its efforts possible. With the financial support, RSKS organized Diwali celebration during this session.

On the occasion of Diwali, RSKS conducted plantation program together with local women and children. We especially had involvement of children in the program to make them understand the importance of plants and trees for us and in result the children contributed significantly. They all planted trees enthusiastically in the program and learned the importance of trees. The women and the children took oath to conserve the environment and adopt trees.

A Community's View :- A senior citizen was also participated in the plantation program organized by RSKS and made children understand the meaning of environment and conveyed message to plant more and more trees. The senior citizen appreciated the initiative taken by RSKS for the conservation of environment and supported the program. He contributed physically in the plantation program swiftly at this age of life that encouraged all children. He also thanked GlobalGiving Foundation and the donors for their support by which the implementation of the program could be possible.
