We Have Been Getting your Valuable Generous support through GlobalGiving and we are Thankful to you from the Core of our Heart.
In the current period of continuously changing world, technology has entered our life's that helps us to live life with ease, on the other hand we also see its demerits. Recently, the problem of air pollution in northern India mixed poison to the environment and the surroundings was covered with the poisonous air. The localities are compelled to breath in polluted air that affects the public health. In addition to this, we can observe the increase in global warming, temperature, melting of glaciers, reducing ground water level, rivers getting dried and other such activities.
For the conservation of the environment, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan organized plantation program and awareness program. Plantation is the absolute remedy to prevent the environment, therefore, RSKS focuses on plantation more and more. In the series, RSKS with the financial support of GlobalGiving Foundation, organized an awareness program, under which we distributed saplings of fruitful and shady trees to girls and women. All girls and women planted the saplings at their homes with excitement. Now, they all nurturing the saplings as their little ones. Seeing their love for nature other localities got inspired and started plantation.
An Impact Story:- My name is Kamla and my home is situated in rocky land where plantation was not possible. A year ago, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan gave me five saplings of fruitful plants. I made the infertile land fertile with the help of my husband and put some soil after removing the rocks and then, I planted the saplings. After doing hard work for their look after, now the saplings have become trees. Some time ago, there was fruits on the trees. Now, we all sit under the shade of the trees and take rest and our infertile land has also become fertile and a layer of grass can also be seen in the surroundings. I want to thank the Team RSKS for their continuous efforts that made it possible along with GlobalGiving Foundation and the donors.
