Building Together: Insights from Beneficiaries !!

By Team | RSKS India

Dear Patron !

RSKS India Family Wishes a Happy Holiday Season....

The Seeds & Fertilizers Distribution Program implemented by Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan (RSKS India) in rural areas earlier was a very coordinated work as distribution works like this face a crucial challenge in the initial phase. Difficulties is faced in effectively monitoring the progress and impact of the program on the beneficiaries. The lack of a structured feedback mechanism and regular follow-up system hinders the assessment of the program's effectiveness. Without a proper feedback loop, it is challenging to gauge the quality of seeds and fertilizers provided to the marginal farmers. This gap in communication threatens the success of the distribution programs.

In response to the identified problem, RSKS initiated a comprehensive feedback and follow-up system. The team members established regular communication channels with the beneficiaries of the Seeds & Fertilizers Distribution Program. They conducted structured surveys and on-site visits to assess the progress of the distributed seeds. The team members also employed technological tools to streamline the feedback process, ensuring that every beneficiary had a platform to voice their experiences and concerns. This facilitated a more accurate evaluation of the quality of seeds and fertilizers, enabling RSKS to make informed decisions about future distributions.

The implementation of the feedback and follow-up system has yielded significant positive outcomes. The seeds that were initially distributed to the marginal farmers have now flourished into saplings, poised for sale and profit generation. The beneficiaries express high satisfaction levels with the quality of the seeds and fertilizers received, leading to increased trust in RSKS's programs. Moreover, the establishment of this structured communication process has strengthened the bond between RSKS and the rural communities. It has not only enhanced transparency but also empowered the beneficiaries to actively participate in the program's improvement.
