Dear donors,
Thank you so much for your support and for caring about students with asthma in Nigerian schools.
Asthma affects about 14% to 18% of people in Nigeria. Many students in public schools struggle because classrooms are full of dust, smoke, and poor air. This makes it hard for them to breathe and can trigger attacks. Inhalers help, but most families cannot afford them regularly. Some children have even collapsed at school from asthma, which can be very scary for them and their families.
This project will provide 500 portable air filters to 500 students in public schools. The filters will help clean the air so children can breathe more easily, rely less on inhalers, and spend more time in class. Cleaner air will also reduce hospital visits and keep students healthier.
At the moment, the money raised so far will not be enough to kickstart the project.
To everyone thinking of donating, thank you. Even a small gift can help a child stay healthy, breathe easier, and feel safer at school.
With thanks,
Ugbede-Ojo Dominic Kadiri
