Since its inception in 2011, the Union of Advanced Technology Enterprises (UATE) has remained committed to advancing the Armath Engineering Laboratories educational program. This initiative aims to extend engineering laboratories, enrich technical education resources, and establish a global network of students. Additionally, UATE has continued its efforts to export the Armenian model of technology education to a worldwide audience.
Assessment Based on Project Objectives:
-
Student Engagement: In 2023, the Armath program witnessed the active participation of more than 17300 students in engineering laboratories across Armenia, USA, France, India and other countries.
-
Integrated Labs: The integration of labs into schools, as opposed to standalone structures, has continued to shape realistic expectations and foster a deeper understanding among students when selecting their professions
-
Skill Development: Students have demonstrated proficiency in programming languages and engineering modeling, enabling their active involvement in various competitions, such as ArmRobotics, DigiCode, etc.
-
Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaboration and teamwork continue to be integral to student involvement in various project phases.
- Labs expansion: Armath Launched new labs expansion project via fundraising campaign. And 8 campaigns are live now and over 52 percent of the overall fundraising budget has been raised by local teams of the communities.
- Armath has gained 501(c)(3) sertifiaction.
This report reflects the ongoing success and impact of the Armath program, highlighting its achievements in empowering students and contributing to the development of a skilled workforce in technology and engineering.
