Hello!

Do you remember back in March when we raised $13,000 in one day?! YOU were a part of that excitement. You also helped us to engage Class 9 - our first June Class. Thank you!

Now, it is time for a repeat performance! This Wednesday, June 13, GlobalGiving is offering Atlas Corps a 40% match on all donations (up to $1,000) while matching funds last. To thank you for your involvement and inspire your continued engagement, I present to you the:

Top 7 Reasons to Support Atlas Corps on June 13 - Our Class 9 Fellows!

These Fellow mark two Atlas Corps milestones: our first June Class of Fellows AND and our expansion from two to three Classes per year. In addition, we welcome two new Fellow countries (Iraq and Jamaica) and six new Host Organizations to our network. This extensive expansion happens because of YOU - the people who share this opportunity with individuals and organizations throughout the world. Since we started in 2006, your participation in our network has helped Atlas Corps engage 115 Fellows from 35 countries! Now, it is my honor to present....

Celebrate 6 Years of Inspriring Leaders on 3.14.12

Class 1 - the group that started it all!

Act local. Impact global. Invest 30% more on Wednesday, March 14!

Six years ago, Atlas Corps went from an idea on paper to an incorporated nonprofit organization. In 2007, we welcomed our first group of Fellows - the six trailblazing leaders you see in the photo. Now, we are a thriving international movement that annually engages 50 leaders from around the world in a year of service in the United States and Colombia. You inspired us to this level of success in such a short time!

Of course, we are more than just numbers. We are people who make a different each and every day in our world. Your generous donations of $10, $50, $100s have supported inspired leaders like.....

Vithika (India, Class 1) who served at Free the Slaves in Washington, DC, and continues her fight for human rights in India, the United States, and around the world; or
Katia (Brazil, Class 3) who served at the International Centre for Missing and Exploited Children in Washington, DC, and returned to Brazil to open their first Latin American office.
Mohammed (Sudan, Class 7) our first Fellow from Sudan is sharing his community health knowledge at Susan G. Komen for the Cure and desires to bring this knowledge back to his country to improve health outreach and education in his home.
