Care and Educate slum kids in Guntur, India

We hope you and your family is doing fine and well with the blessings of our Lord.  

Thank you so much for your kind continuation of support to the children to access free education and nutritive meal to 150 children in the slums of Guntur.

We are successfully operating the project in three centres in the slums of Guntur city for the last three years with your able cooperation and support. We are all very much happy to continue the project more effectively for the welfare of children in need.

We have recently started a new school for 50 children from June 2014 with two teachers and facilitating primary education program. And also we are continuously running other 2 schools at Swarnabharathinagar, and Dasaripalem slums with your support. Currently we are serving more than 150 children. Already half of the academic year has been completed and we have conducted 2 Unit and Quarterly exams for the children. Most of the children write well there exams and get best progress.   Teachers are taking much care to the children include good behaviour and education. Parents and the community members are involving for the success of the project.

During this quarter we have received a grant of $ 310 donations from Global Giving USA. We have utilized to feed nutritive meal for 50 children in November. Thank you so much for your help. But still we did not receive any raised donations from Global Giving UK. Se

Special appeal- we submit that this project has been live in Global Giving for the last 3 years but we are not able to get adequate support and  from more new supporters.  We are very much in difficult situation to continue the project since we are depend on the support only from you to run the projects for the welfare of 150 unfortunate slums kinds.

Yearend Campaign:  Fortunately our project has been participating in yearend campaign in Global Giving USA to secure $3000 from 30 unique supporters can be possible to get bonus.   

Therefore we humbly requesting you to kindly recommend and promote this project with all your friends and families to get more help.

We are very much thankful and grateful to you for your support.  Please excuse us for asking support all the time since we are running the project with your support only.

Trust that everything is well with you and your family.

Thank you so much for your kind continuous support to the children in the project for the last three years.  We are all very much happy to continue the project effectively in three locations in Guntur district even though we receive few donations.

The new academic years 2014- 15 started, we are very happy to tell you that we have started a new school centre in Nallakunta slum, Guntur from June 2014 for 50 children. 2 Teachers are giving education to the children in this location. And we continued other two schools at Swranbarathinanagar slum and Dasaripalem slum with the support of this project. Altogether we have more than 200 children were getting care and primary education at present. The parents of the children were expressing their gratitude to us for providing the school facility to the children in the slums. Their cooperation is increased and also involving in the development of the schooling facilities.

During this quarter we have joyfully celebrated our National Independence day in two schools on 15^th August 2014. Children organized cultural activities on the day. We are also celebrated birthday celebrations of our major supports in July 2014.

We are also very happy to tell you that Neeharika (Neha) Tummala, representative from GlobalGiving Foundation has visited our project in three locations on 18^th June 2014 and interact with children and staff and gave valuable feedback on the project. Thank you so much for Neeharika, GlobalGiving for visiting us.  

We have received a grant of $403 donations during this quarter from GlobalGiving USA and utilized to provide educational material for 100 children in July 2014. Thank you so much for the help.

We humbly requesting you to kindly promote and share this project with all your friends and families to get more help. We are very much worrying to continue the school with limited help we get from you only. Please don’t mind that we are pressuring for help, because we run the project only with the support from you only.
