Dear Friends
Greetings and best wishes to you from BASS India
Hope you are protected and stay safe during this Covid pandemic emergency.
Covid 19 makes people uncertain and loss of work during the whole year 2020. Currently Covid expansion is slowed down and little by little works are started.
Now again few of the families come back and some of the families are unable to go back to their home villages during Covid and stay in the small huts near Brick Kilns from January 2020.
Again, the works are started and due to Covid restrictions our worksite school is not operated from April 2020. Hopefully we will start 5th batch worksite school by the end of January 2021. As you know our 4th batch school is stopped due to Coronavirus lockdown in 2020. Currently many families again arrived to the brick industries are from Odisha
Our staff Mrs Kalavathi, Mrs Knathamma and BASS Vice President of BASS Mrs Sathya Haveela continuously distribute essential food ration kits and sanitary kits to 150 seasonal migrated families and local families.
Unfortunately, our project did not receive any donations for this project during the last quarter, I humbly request you to kindly consider making a new donation to support worksite school for seasonal migrated child labour to continue in 2021.
Happy New Year 2021- Stay Safe
Thank you with gratitude
