Bring Relief and Hope to Families in Gaza & Syria

On the outskirts of Suran, north of Syria, Mrs. Bara’a lives with her three children in a modest home with a roof made of fabric tarps, offering little protection from the cold of winter or the heat of summer. Their lives were once peaceful, but everything changed in 2019 when an airstrike hit the market in Mare’, claiming the life of her husband. Since that day, Bara’a has been struggling alone to provide for her children, facing endless hardships just to secure their basic needs.

Thanks to your generous support, we were able to provide a complete food basket for this family, ensuring they have enough food for several days. The joy on the children's faces when they saw their mother preparing them a warm meal after days of food scarcity was indescribable.

However, the need remains immense. Many families, like Bara’a's, struggle daily to survive. Your continued donations mean the difference between hunger and sustenance, between despair and hope.

In these moments, we would like to take you on a brief journey into the life of a young girl who carries burdens far beyond her years. This girl is Nareman, the eldest sister who knows no rest. Her tired hands speak volumes about years of hard work in the agricultural fields. Every day, she risks her health and strength to provide food for her three siblings and her mother, while her father, once the pillar of their family, is now incapacitated after being injured in an explosion that rocked a popular market years ago.

Thanks to your generous support, we were able to reach one of the informal camps in Suran, Azaz, in the northern countryside, where Nareman and her family were in desperate need of any assistance. In that place, we met her and reassured her that we will not leave her alone. We are here to continue supporting her and her family, and we will visit them repeatedly to provide everything they need.

Do you know that with every loaf of bread we give, there is a heart beating with hope? This loaf, which may seem simple to us, is, for Nareman and her family, more than just food – it is life itself. Today, we want to express the profound impact your support has had on their lives and hearts. With this simple aid, we didn't just give them food, we gave them hope for a better tomorrow, and restored the feeling that they are not alone in this life.
