Amid the harsh humanitarian conditions faced by many families in northern Syria, orphaned children remain among the most vulnerable, struggling daily to secure even the most basic necessities of life.

As part of our ongoing efforts to support these fragile cases, and thanks to your generous contributions, we successfully provided a financial sponsorship to the orphaned child Salra, who lives with her mother in Malham Village for Orphans in northern Syria. The family faces extremely difficult living conditions, with the mother bearing full responsibility for providing for her child amid scarce resources and rising living costs.

This sponsorship has significantly eased their daily burdens, enabling the mother to secure essential needs for Salra, including food and clothing, while also contributing to her emotional stability by giving her a sense of care and security.

Your support is more than just financial aid—it is a powerful message of compassion and solidarity. It gives orphaned children like Salra a chance to live with dignity and to look forward to a better future.

In one of the war-affected villages in northern Syria, young Khaled lives with his mother in the Malham Orphan Village after losing his father. At a very young age, Khaled became the sole provider for his family, forced to set aside much of his childhood to work as a tailor for a very low wage—barely enough to cover their basic needs.

Amid these harsh circumstances, your generous donations made a real and tangible difference in the lives of Khaled and his mother. Through the breadwinner sponsorship, you helped ease the immense burden placed on this young boy, giving him the chance to breathe, feel supported, and live with greater dignity.

Through this sponsorship, we were able to:

• Provide essential financial support to secure food, clothing, and basic needs.
• Relieve some of the heavy responsibility carried by Khaled at such a young age.
• Offer him a better chance at psychological stability, and potentially a gradual return to education and a more normal childhood.
