We are pleased to announce that thanks to your donation, we have rebuilt the vegetation greenhouse destroyed by the hurricane. She is located in a social agricultural enterprise in the village of Liebental, Odessa region, Ukraine.
Now in this greenhouse, which has an area of 400 square meters, we grow greenary and flowers. We plan to plant exotic plants there that do not grow outdoors in the Ukrainian climate.
The reopening of the greenhouse is very important because our Foundation is launching a new project at the agricultural enterprise Libenthal in March with the support of the USAID’s Agriculture Growing Rural Opportunities Activity (AGRO) implemented by Chemonics International.
In this project, we will expand our work on training for rural youth of vulnerable groups in modern agricultural technologies, as well as train young people to run their own mini-business so that they can provide for themselves in the future and stay in their villages instead of leaving to work to a big city or abroad.
