The Statistics that in India, for every half an hour, One dalit woman is raped, for every half an hour one woman is subjected to sexual abuse in work place and every 10 minutes, one woman commits suicide or is murdered due to harassment mainly of sexual nature, do not give a comfortable feeling to any woman, living in India, midst in respective of the less educational and social status. It continues to prove that Indian women are still prison in psychological lock-up.

To sensitize the beneficiaries about women empowerment and gender issues; create awareness about identification of problems of women services and programs, help lines and support services for women in distress; develop communication, negotiation and counseling skills; identify counseling methods, techniques and processes involved therein,promote networking among NGOs and institutions providing support services to women in distress. The main focus of contribute to socioeconomic poverty reduction.
Dalit women Community could able to face any challenges put before them in social economical are political influence. The Dalit women group and youth groups formulated all strengthened through this project could solve in even village level for the Human rights problems like vulnerable incidents of atrocities , rape, manhandling, arson, murder and police unwanted and illegal actions against Dalit people could be questioned and necessary steps could be taken up through this project.
